Currently under construction, this project involved the complete renovation of a two-family residence in Brookline. While itself not historic, the Town was sensitive to the renovation which required close coordination to ensure the project was in keeping with the fabric of the neighborhood. Given the age of the structure, numerous upgrades were required to the framing as well as plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
